David Clampitt is requesting a variance to construct an accessory <br />garage nearer the front property line than the principal structure at 16051 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. The <br />parcel is approiimately 4.2 acres in size and the house is located approximately 483 feet from the <br />front property ~ne. They are proposing to construct a garage which will be approximately 458 feet <br />from the front tiroperty line. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Site plan <br />c) proposed £mdings of fact <br />d) Proposed variance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance With State statutes, properties within 350 feet of Mr. Clampitt's property were <br />notified of the public hearing. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Applicant has stated that the proposed location for the accessory structure is the most logical <br />because of matUre tree growth, declines in topography, drainfields and wetlands in the rear yard. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the request for a variance. <br /> <br />Board Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution//96-09__ adopting Findings of Fact <br />request for a variance. <br /> <br />__ relating to David Clampitt's <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve/deny David Clampitt's request for a variance to construct an accessory structure <br />nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property known as 16051 <br />Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and adopt Resolution//-96-09- declaring terms of variance. <br /> <br />B/A: 9/3/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
