Board Member __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-09- <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />VARIANCE AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David Clampitt (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance to construct <br />an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 16051 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 394.7 feet as measured on the east and west lines of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, except the west 220.75 feet <br />thereof as measured on the north and south lines together with an easement for road <br />purposes over the west 33 feet of the west 220.75 feet of the north 394.7 feet of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15. (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 3, 1996, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than four hundred fifty eight (458) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure, <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />That the Permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The motion for the adoptior~ of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />__ day of , 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
