Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g96-10- <br /> <br />A RESOEUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHERI~AS, James and Ivl. ichele Myslicki (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal <br />structure on the property generally known as 16811 Zirconium Street N.W. and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The North Half of the South Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; subject to the <br />road easeknent over the west 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on November 7, 1996, <br />pursuant to SectiOn 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> NOW :THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on_Findings of Fact # , a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than ninety (90) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary pemaits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in <br />administei-ing and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following!abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />__ day of Nov6mber, 1996. <br /> <br />James and Mich¢le Myslick/hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and that they have <br />reviewed the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the <br />variance. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
