The Board of Building Appeals § 2.04 ~ <br /> <br /> Ord. #77-03 established Park and Recreation <br />Commission effective February 28, 1977. <br /> <br /> Ord. #79-18 changed the meeting day from the third <br />Monday, to the second and fourth Tuesdays. <br /> <br /> Ord. #81-08 Increased salaries (Mayor to $3,600 <br />annually and Council to $3,000 annually) and added <br />2.01.09 Subd. 3, Insurance. <br /> <br /> Ord. #82-01 established Economic Development <br />Commission effective January 26, 1982. <br /> <br /> Ord. #83-10 established Airport Commission <br />effective September 27, 1983. <br /> <br /> Ord. #85-09 amending City Charter Section 3.05 & <br />3.08, abolishing need to read resolutions and <br />ordinances. <br /> <br /> Ord. #88-05 establish the Fire Safety Committee <br />effective June 28, 1988. <br /> <br /> Ord. #89-04 discontinued the Fire Safety Committee <br />and established the Fire Board with a description of its <br />duties. <br /> <br /> Ord. #89-22 established The Board of Building <br />Appeals effective September 12, 1989. <br /> <br /> Ord. #91-07 established the Horse Care Commission <br />effective June 17, t99t. <br /> <br /> The Economic Development Authority established <br />by Resolution 91~26-262, December 10, 1991. <br /> <br /> Ord. #92-04 repealed Chapter 2 to consolidate <br />information concerning commissions and to standardize <br />ali commissions and beards. The Airport Commission <br />was also dissolved.
