Since the late 1980% the alignment of choice has been in Ramsey halfway between
County Roads #56 and #83 aligning with an extension of Hennepin County Road #121 in Dayton.
The County has purchased right-of-way for this alignment south of I4~ighway #10. Through
Comprehensive Plan reviews in both Dayton and Ramsey the eventual alignment location has been
shifted to an identified location between County Road #83 and County Road #56 in Ramsey. Once
the urban service d/strict crosses Ramscy Boulevard, location decisions will again be necessitated.

Pro_~ec~ ,.Year
Right-of-Way Acquisition 2000

$ 50,O00 - MSA

$ 50,O00
