Commissioner ~eemer stated that the billboard on the property was non-conforming. <br />Miller advised ~hat the billboard will be coming down. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller inquired regarding the intent and purpose of the transportation fee. Mr. <br />Jankowski stated that the intent was to address the cost of a major arterial system and the <br />additional traf~c costs caused from the development. <br /> <br />Commissioner ~Iolland asked how high the highest point of the building was.
