Commissioner ~eemer stated that the billboard on the property was non-conforming. <br />Miller advised ~hat the billboard will be coming down. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller inquired regarding the intent and purpose of the transportation fee. Mr. <br />Jankowski stated that the intent was to address the cost of a major arterial system and the <br />additional traf~c costs caused from the development. <br /> <br />Commissioner ~Iolland asked how high the highest point of the building was. Mr. Miller <br />stated that the ~ghest point was 34 feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Con~nissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend <br />the City Counc~ approve the site plan contingent on compliance with the City Staff review <br />letter with not~ing more than a right in only from T.H. #10 dependant on Mn/DOT's <br />concurrence an~. DNR certification of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carded{ Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, <br />Jensen, LaDue, Terry, and Thorud.
