Mayor Hardin n~ted that all is in order with the application. <br /> <br />Motion by Couqcilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />license applicati6? by Holm's Super Bowl, Inc. for an on-sale and Sunday sales intoxicating liquor <br />license for a terrfl set to expire on June 30, 1997. <br /> <br />Motion carried. !Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen, and <br />Peterson. Votin$ No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: R~quest for Final Plat Approval of Pondview; Case of Good Value Homes <br /> <br />City Engineer Jar~kowski advised that John Peterson of Good Value Homes is requesting final plat <br />approval of the first phase of Pondview, located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Industry <br />Avenue and Ran~sey Boulevard. The residential plat consists of about 85 acres subdivided into <br />approximately 13~ single family lots. He noted that Good Value Homes intends to final plat the first <br />46 lots at this timb. Staffreview of the plat found there needs to be modifications on the mylars to <br />make the drainag~ easements consistent. Staff recommends approval with contingencies. <br />Motion by Couneilmcmber Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution <br />#96-07-163 granting final plat approval to Pondview contingent upon compliance with City Staff <br />review letter datex~ June 18, 1996 and the Developer entering into a development agreement with the <br />City. ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried, i Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer, and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Re~luest for Final Plat Approval of Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition; Case of Good <br /> V~lue Homes <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski advised that John Peterson of Good Value Homes is requesting final plat <br />approval of Chest.~ut Ridge 3rd Addition consisting of the final 44 residential lots approved under <br />the preliminary pl4t for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition which totals 73 lots. Staff.reviewed the plat, <br />noted no correctic~ns, and recommends final plat approval with contingencies. <br /> <br />Motion by Counci[member Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt Resolution <br />//96-07-164 grantir~ final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff review letter dated ~luly 2, 1996 and the Developer entering into a development <br />agreement with th~ City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. ~oting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer, and <br />Zimmerman.
