PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> r <br />The Ramsey Plarfing Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 1996, at the <br />Ramsey Municip~ Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit to export soils; case of Edson Investment Family <br /> <br />Limited Partnersl~ip. <br />Members Present~ <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Aiso Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORD]~R <br /> <br />Chairperson Baw~en called the public hearing to order at 7:48 p.m. <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administr ttor Frolik stated that Blaine Edmundson of Eds°n Investment Family Limited <br />Partnership is dev ~loping the plat of Brandseth. She explained that the grading plan submitted for <br />approval with the iBrandseth preliminary plat will require exporting approximately 21,000 yards of <br />material from the si!e. City Code does not require a special permit for grading operations associated <br />with an approved at unless the operations involve exporting soils from the site.
