She explained that the grading plan submitted for <br />approval with the iBrandseth preliminary plat will require exporting approximately 21,000 yards of <br />material from the si!e. City Code does not require a special permit for grading operations associated <br />with an approved at unless the operations involve exporting soils from the site.
