This addition will bring the total size of the <br />facility to 64,279 ~square feet. <br /> <br />The proposed project meets City Code requirements for lot coverage, setbacks, architectural <br />standards, landsc~[ping, design and number of off-street customer/employee parking areas, and site <br />lighting.
