Scenic River § 9.23 <br />administration procedures set forth in other applicable Ramsey regulations and the minimum <br />standards df the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MN Rules, Chapter 7080, Individual <br />Sewage Treatment Systems Standards) and §9.23.06 of this Section. <br /> ~ Subd. 2. No person, fa-m, or corporation shall install, alter, repair, or extend <br />any indivic~ual sewer disposal system or private well without £u'st obtaining a permit for such <br />action from the Zoning Authority for' the specific installation, alteration, repair, or extension. Prior <br />to issuanceiof any such permit, the Zoning Authority may require that soil boring tests be done on <br />the propos.~d site to determine whether or not the site is capable of supporting a conforming <br />sewage treatment system. <br /> I Subd. 3. Clear cutting, except for any authorized pubIic services such as <br /> roads and utilities, shall not be permitted. <br />2. Selective cutting of trees in excess of four inches in diameter at <br /> breast heights shall be permitted providing cutting is spaced in <br /> several cutting operations and a continuous cover is maintained. <br /> <br /> <br />
