All utility <br />transmission crossings of land and essential services within the Scenic River <br />Land Use District designated by this section shall require a conditional use <br />permit. The construction of such transmission services and essential <br />services shall be subject to the standards and criteria listed in eft MN Rules, <br />part 6105.0180. No conditional use permit shall be required for high <br />voltage transmission lines under control of the Environmental Quality <br />Council pursuant to Minnesota Statutes SS 116 C 61. <br /> <br />Subd. 7.b.5.
