The plat consists of approximately 22 <br />acres located West of T.H. g47 and south of 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />ObservationS: <br /> <br />The property ~s currently zoned B-1 Business. The applicant has received preliminary plat <br />approval fromithe Planning Commission and City Council to develop a portion of the property <br />with single fan~ly urban residential lots.
