The Permit Holder shall properly construct and maintain all season paved fire lanes o~' properly pave and maintain drives and clearances to serve as fire lanes for the street side of./li¢ property to the back of the property. Cor~tingcnc_v Action Plan. The owner or operator must prepare and maintain a contingency action ~lan for the aluminum processing facility. Hours Of Operation. Thc Permit Holder may conduct his receiving operations within thc hours o~ 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and may conduct aluminum melt operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless the operations present a nuisance or disturbineighboring land uses. The City Conncil may limit hours of operation to pi'otect neighbOring land uses. Trailcr/Wehicl¢ Storage; The use of trailers, tracks or vehicles for long term storage (longer than 30/consecutive days) is prohibited. The placement, design and construction of new structures or addi[:ions to existing sunactures and site improvements shall comply with City Code as provid~l within the development agreement, and applicable state codes and OSHA' requirements.
