53. <br /> <br />On-site Inspection. The City reserves the right to inspect the site for the purposes o~ <br />examining and copying non-privileged records; conducting inspections, surveys, <br />investigations, mon/toring or sampling;, and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the <br />construction, operation and environmental effect of the aluminum processing facility. <br />Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the event of an <br />emergency. City personnel or agents performing the inspection will provide reasonable <br />notice to the Permit Holder's personnel prior to the time of inspection. <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />Documents and Plans. Copies of all test results, pertinent correspondence from the Permit <br />Holder or to the Permit Holder from regulatory agencies and all documents, plans, or other <br />reports which are required to be supplied to the MPCA or Anoka County shall also be <br />supplied concurrently to the City at no cost to the City. <br /> <br />~erations.
