The policy shall insure the permit holder for the sum of at least $300,000 for injury to one <br /> person!and $500,000 for one accident, and at least $1,100,000 property damage. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Said pqlicy shall be for the full period of the permit and shall provide for the giving of 10 <br />days p~or notice to the City by registered mail of termination, cancellation or amendment of <br />the policy. <br /> <br />In the ~vent said policy is terminated for any reason, the permit shall be automatically <br />suspen~led upon the day the policy terminates unless a new policy complying with this item <br />is obtaihed and filed with the City prior to the termination of the policy in force. <br /> <br />The maxinium noise level at the perimeter of the worksite shall be within the limits set by the <br />Minnesota ~Pollution Control Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency of the United <br />States. <br /> <br />All grading shall be completed within th/ny (30) calendar days of the commencement of the <br />grading operation. <br />All costs ~curred by the City in executing and administering this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the permit holder. The permit holder shall maintain a minimum Five Hundred <br />Dollar ($500.00) balance in an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be used to <br />reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of this permit. At the t/me the <br />mining ope.tauon and site restoration are completed to the satisfaction of the City, the balance of <br />the escrow Shall be returned to the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />All gradingl operations shall be conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays only <br />unless othe ~ewise specifically approved by the City Administrator and/or his designee. <br /> <br />The amount of dust or other particulate matter caused by the mining operation shall not exceed <br />the standards established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. No operation shall be <br />allowed when wind gust exceed 30 miles per hour. <br /> <br />All operatiOr~s shall comply with all applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency regulations <br />and Federal and Environmental Protection Agency regulations for the protection of water <br />quality. <br /> <br />The motion for a~option of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same <br /> <br />and the following abstained <br /> <br />and the following were absent <br /> <br /> <br />
