The <br />developer Mill responsible for charges associated with connnecting to these services. <br /> <br />Waste Storage: City Code requires that all solid waste and refuse receptacles shall be <br />stored withih a completely screened structure or container. The site plan does not indicate <br />a waste stcffage area in accordance with City Code and the plan should be modified <br />accordingly; <br /> <br />Pedestriani Traffic: City Staff is recommending that an 8 foot wide pedestrian path be <br />constructed~[parallel to Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. from the crosswalk at Hwy. #10 to <br />Riverdale Drive with curb cuts as necessary. <br /> <br />Transportation Impact Fee' In April of 1996, the City Council enacted a <br />Transportat~pn Impact Fee on new development. The rate established for <br />commerciaVindustrial development is $1.50 per square foot of building space. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 1996, to <br />consider your request for site plan approval. I strongly suggest that you, or your <br />representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
