(The one with the <br />language amendment by Bill Goodrich) <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g96-05-132 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Opposed <br />Peterson) approving Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP for a <br />group foster home and declaring terms of same. (Add a term to read <br />that all inspection reports will be provided to the City and that this <br />permit will again be reviewed by City Council on November 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #96-05-117 (Zimmerman~eterson/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact ~K)399 relating to a request from Ann Moroz to rezone <br />certain property from B-I Business to R-I Rural Residential. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution changing the street names in the plat of <br />Brandseth. The County Surveyors office is authorized to correct the <br />Brandseth Plat to designate the street entrance to the plat from the west <br />property line as far as Germanium Street as 152nd Lane and 152nd <br />Avenue and 152nd Lane east of Germanium Street as Germanium <br />Circle. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution amending the site plan development <br />permit for the expansion of the Rum River Plaza Shopping Center. <br />Amend the permit to allow for a two-phase construction project during <br />1996 and 1997. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for L.A.N.D. Properties retail <br />center contingent upon Staff review letter and DNR certification of a <br />variance to impervious surfaces. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for Dave's Custom Digging with the <br />exception of no Class V overlay or a drainage pond and that a berm of <br />somewhat negotiable height be placed along the area and planted with <br />pine trees. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council inu'oduced the ordinance amending Chapters 5 and 9, as <br />amended, regarding the parking and storing of private and commercial <br />use vehicles. Following is the amendment suggested: (Section 1.e) <br />add "or to the employer of the person or persons residing on the <br />property". Present the ordinance to Council for formal adoption at a <br />subsequent Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council introduced the ordinance to establish standards in the B-I, B- <br />2, B-3, BW and Industrial Districts. Place on subsequent Council <br />agenda for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Council directed that you look at adopting similar lighting standards in <br />residential area as is being introduced for the B-l, B-2, B-3, BW <br />Industrail Districts. <br /> <br /> <br />
