Co'uhcilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />PERMIT TO HAVE AN OVERSIZED METAL A--C-C'ESSORY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 96-08- adopting Findings <br />of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1996, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Brian Wetterlind ("Permit Holder") to have an oversized metal accessory building on the <br />property generally known as 16171 Llama Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Oleo Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 1,350 square foot accessory structure <br />with a metal exterior facing finish that is color compatible with the principal structure on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br />necessary perm/ts have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Bui/ding Official. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same <br /> <br />g/ <br /> <br /> <br />
