Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION #96-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE <br /> PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Johnson Holdings, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use <br />permit for a temporary structure for the purposes of providing office space for bank <br />business operations during the consm~ction of the permanent building on the property <br />generally known as 14150 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block I, Old School House No. 28 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 6, 1996, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />COUNTY, STATE OF <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # ., an interim use permit for a a4' x 60' temporary <br />structure is hereby granted to Johnson Holdings, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br />"Permit Holder", at 14150 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />This permit shall terminate on February 27, 1997. <br /> <br />The size and placement of the temporary structure shall be in accordance with the <br />one (1) sheet site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire <br />Code regulations and standards for such structures. The Permit Holder shall be <br />responsible for obtaining ali necessary permits, including a building permit, prior to <br />moving the sn'ucture onto. the property. Said building permit will not be issued <br />until all financial obligations relating to this permit and the application escrow <br />account have been satisfied. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering <br />and enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days <br />of billing by the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing <br />period will permit the City to draw upon any of the escrows required by this <br />agreement for payment. Furthermore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary <br />samcture prior to the expiration date of this permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain <br />a minimum balance of $500.00 in the application escrow account until such time as <br />the permit has expired and/or the temporary structure has been removed from the <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />
