PROPOSED ORDINANCE #96- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN: AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN/ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.20.11 R-IR RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT AND 9.20.12 R-IU RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OF CHAPTER 9 <br />OF=THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />SeCtions 9.20.11 and 9.20.12, Subdivision 3 (Standards) are hereby amended to revise the <br />MaXimum Lot Coverage standard as follows: <br /> <br /> Maximum Lot Coverage (including impervious surfaces) <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
