CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL OF <br />FER~RUM SECOND ADDITION; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br /> Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is in the process of replatting Out. lot A in Ferrum Addition into a buildable <br />commercial lot. The following items are enclosed for your review: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) Proposed sketch plan <br /> c) City Staff review letter dated September 26, 1996 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The lot will receive public access from McKinley Streef N.W. <br /> <br />The lot meets the one acre minimum area and 200 foot lot width requirements. <br /> <br />Plans have recently been completed for the alignment of Azurite Street N.W. along the west side of <br />this plat. The fight-of-way of Azurfie Street should be dedicated on the final plat. <br /> <br />A grading and draiaage plan will be required with the site plan for development of the lot. <br /> <br />The plat will be reviewed by the Park Commission at their regalar meeting in October for park <br />dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends sketch plan approval. <br /> <br /> Commission Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to:: <br /> Recommend that City Council grant sketch plan approval to Ferrum Second Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: City Engineer <br /> <br />Copy: Parks & Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />PC: 10/1/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
