The sketch plan consists of one <br />) sheet delivered to the City on September 26, 1996. We offer the following comments: <br /> <br /> General: The proposed plat is in the Business Warehouse District and consists of one <br /> lot. <br /> <br />Lot Sizes and Dimensions: The lot meets the 1 acre minimum lot size and 200 foot lot <br />width requirements. <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage Plan: A detailed grading and drainage plan will be required with <br />the site plan submitted for the development of the lot. <br /> <br />Streets: The lots will receive public access from the westerly extension of McKinley <br />Street N.W. Plans have recently been completed for the alignment of Azurite Street <br />along the west side of this plat. This alignment will need to be dedicated on the f'mal <br />plat. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Park Commission will be reviewing the plat at their regular <br />meeting in October.
