It appears they have
grouped 47 with I16, etc. Check on that. 3-17 should not say two
locations - it should say Ford Brook and Trott Brook. Consensus of
the Council was that these changes should be made along with the map
changes and then it should be brought back to Council for review
again.

Council approved the site plan for the expansion to Alloy Recovery
Company contingent upon the applicant entering into a development
agreement with the City, submittal of a landscape/screening plan and
modifying the site plan to provide B-612 concrete curbing around the
perimeter of bituminous from the front of the building to the front
property line. Council agreed that the release of the financial guarantee
until the curbing and pavement is installed and that the landscaping and
screening has been worked out. Execute development agreement.

Execute Resolution ~/96-04-071 (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting
Findings of Fact #0397 relating to Alloy Recovery's request for an
amended CUP to expand the principal building on the site.

Execute Resolution #96-04-072 (Peterson/Beyer/All) approving the
issuance of an amended CUP to Alloy Recovery and declaring terms of
same. To #56 make the following change: remove the
period after procedural changes made and add the
following: and to evaluate whether all regulatory agency
permitting and licensing requirements licenses
complied with. The permittee shall be rll~de to provide to
the City the ap~)rot>riate documentation as to
compliance annually,

Execute Resolution g96-05-131 (Beyer/Zimmerman/All) adopting
Findings of Fact #0401 relating to Patrick McLafferty's request for a
CUP for a foster home for a maximum of 8 youth. (The one with the
language amendment by Bill Goodrich)

Execute Resolution ~96-05-132 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Opposed
Peterson) approving Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP for a
group foster home and declaring terms of same. (Add a term to read
that all inspection reports will be provided to the City and that this
permit will again be reviewed by City CounciI on November 26, 1996.

Council approved the proposed site plan for L.A.N.D. Properties retail
center contingent upon Staff review letter and DNR certification of a
variance to impervious surfaces. Execute Development Agreement.
