It appears they have <br />grouped 47 with 116, etc. Check on that. 3-17 should not say two <br />locations - it should say Ford Brook and Trott Brook. Consensus of <br />the Council was that these changes should be made along with the map <br />changes and then it should be brought back to Council for review <br />again. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for the expansion to Alloy Recovery <br />Company contingent upon the applicant entering into a development <br />agreement with the City, submittal of a landscape/screening plan and <br />modifying the site plan to provide B-612 concrete curbing around the <br />perimeter of bituminous from the front of the building to the front <br />property line. Council agreed that the release of the financial guarantee <br />until the curbing and pavement is installed and that the landscaping and <br />screening has been worked out. Execute development agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #96-04-072 (Peterson/Beyer/All) approving the <br />issuance of an amended CUP to Alloy Recovery and declaring terms of <br />same. To #56 make the following change: remove the <br />period after procedural changes made and add the <br />following: alld to evaluate whether all regulatory agency <br />permitting itnO licensim, reauirements licens¢~ i~r¢ <br />comnlied with. The oermittee shall be made to orovide to <br />the City the appropriate documentation as to this <br />compliafice annually. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~t96-05-131 (Beyer/Zimmerman/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact 4g)401 relating to Patrick McLafferty's request for a <br />CUP for a foster home for a maximum of 8 youth. (The one with the <br />language amendment by Bill Goodrich) <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~6-05-132 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Opposed <br />Peterson) approving Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP for a <br />group foster home and declaring terms of same. (Add a term to read <br />that all inspection reports will be provided to the City and that this <br />permit will again be reviewed by City Council on November 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for L.A.N.D. Properties retail <br />center contingent upon Staff review letter and DNR certification of a <br />variance to impervious surfaces. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for Ampride contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff review letter dated June 27, i996, no <br />access onto T.H. #10, two accesses onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard, and <br />the applicant entering into a development agreement with the City. <br />Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Amend 7/2/96 minutes to delete reference to Chapter 5 in the f'mal <br />motion under "Commission Input." <br /> <br /> <br />
