Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: : RESOLUTION' '#95-01- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO W. B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #93-11, #93-12, AND #93-13 (1994 STREET PAVING PROGRAM - DIVISIONS A, B, AND C) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved Improvement Project #93- 11 on September 14, 1993, Improvement Project #93-12 on October 26, 1993, and Improvement Project ~q93-13 ob October 12, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution, dated July 12, 1994, awarding She bid to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the 1994 Street Paving Program, Improvement Projects #93-11/brough #93-13; and WHERE~AS, City Engineer Steven Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $3,458.98. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) That the ~ity Council hereby authorizes final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the 1994 Street Paging Program - Divisions A, B, and C, Improvement Projects #93-11, #93-12 and #93-13, in the amount of $3,458.98. That the City Council hereby accepts the completed work and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) 4) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for: the month of January, 1995. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for th° adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember__ __ and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following Voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said relolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of Jan'uary, 1995.
