Councilmember' introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION .{t95-01-j . RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXPIRATION DATE FOR KALTEC OF MINNESOTA, INC. WHEREAS, on February 8, 1994, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #94-02- 020 granting a ~conditional use permit to Kaltec of Minnesota, Inc. for the establishment and operation of an alternate fuel supply test demonstration facility; and WHEREAS, the conditional use permit established an expiration date of February 8, 995; and WHEREAS, on January 3, 1995, the City of Ramsey received a written request from Kaltec of MinneSota, Inc. requesting an extension to June 30, 1996; and WHERt~AS, the written request for extension of conditional use permit expiration date indicates that t~e project schedule was adversely impacted by delays in funding from the Department of Energy and late delivery of the fuel ceil. NOW THEREEORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That an ~xtension to the expiration date established in Resolution $F94-02-020 to June 30, 1996 for Kaltec of Minnesota, Inc. is herein granted. 2) That withtthe exception of the modified expiration date, all other terms of Resolution ~94- 02-020 shall rema/n in full force and effect. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was drily seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the follovbing voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of Jaiquary, 1995.
