AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AMENDMENT The following d~scribed property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential and B-2 Business to R-3 Urban Re~iden6al: All that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Amok a County Minnesota, lying west of the public road known as Nowthen Boulevard N.W., ex,,~epting therefrom a triangle containing 1/2 square rod described as follows to-wit: Commen:ing at the Southwest comer of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23; thence North along the West line thereof a distance of 16-1/2 feet; thence in a Southeaslm'ly direction to a point on the South line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter v,hich is distant 16-1/2 feet East of the Southwest comer thereof; thence West on said South, line a distance of 16-1/2 feet to the point of beginning.
