This approval i~ issued puts.ant to Section 9.03.06 of the Kam~y City Code. Thc conditions of this apwoval ar~ as follows: SITE P~LAN COMPLLMNCE. The Improvements shall bc sited and contructed on thc Site as Mown on thc modified Certificate of Survey prepared by Pioneer Engineering dated Dcc. cznb~ I3, 1994 and received by the City on Decemb~ 30, 1994. REQUI~RED IMPROVEMENTS. Thc Permittec shall construct and install thc following Site irr?rovements on the Site in ae.c. ordan~ with the specifications and location as shown~on thc Site Plan. Thc Required l?mvcmcnts arc as follows: B~12 concrete curbing along the south and ca~ edges of the bimrr~nous surface; SPrnp area measuring 15' x 80' x 3' deep on thc west side of thc strucrare; C~ncmm curb stops at thc front walk'way R.~stomfion and tuff establishment; The ("Required I?rovements)". ...'" ~ LINES. 'Fire lane~ shall be m~:mained o~ the Site. The exact location of these items on thc Site shal! be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. IMPROVE~NT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required lmt:rrovements shall be c~nstmct~ and installed on or before July 1, 1995. ESCRO~W. In order to insure the installation of the Required Improvements in accordance with City spccifi~fions and in a rimely manner, the Permiaee shall be requ/red to deposi~ w/th the City a cash escrow or letter of credit approved by the City, in the amount ot' Three Thousand Fifty Dollars ($3,050.00), which is 150% of the City's csfima~ cost of the Imprm, cmcnts. Upon corr~ lefion of the construction of the Required Improvements, as certified by the City Eng~ccr, the financial guarantee shall be returned to the Pcrmirtee. In the event the Perrnittec fails to construct and install the Required Improvements as required herein, the City rrmy {omplcte the Improvements w/th City day labor and/or by letting conmazts for sa/d compJction and draw upon the escrow for .payment. Pcrmirtee hereby grants permission[ and a license to the City and/or its crmn'actors and assigns to enter upon the Site for the p~erpose of completing the construction .and installation of the Required Improvements in the event of the ?crmittee's default.
