These members are Ken
Wagner, Carolyn Nelson, Alien Stafki, and Mary Ullen. He suggested reviewing the re-
appointment of the members now to allow for advertising, should the current members choose not
to be ire-appointed to the Commission. The new terms of these members wiil be two years, as
directed by City Code, therefore, the terms would expire on January 31, 1997. If the Commission
decides to re-appoint a current member, that member should abstain from voting on the motion.
An EDC Commission member may ask not to be re-appointed if they so chose. At that point, a
vacan~cy would be declared and City Staff would advertise the opening to find a new Commission
member.

MotiOn by Commissioner Kent and seconded by Commissioner McGhee to recommend that the
City Council re-appoint Ken Wagner to the Economic Development Commission to a term set to
expir~ January 31, 1997.

Motion carried.
