Mr. Orombergiinformed the EDC that 1) the City should be closing December 15, 1994, on the 39 <br />acres currentl~ owned by the Eggum group, This property is located just north of the railroad <br />tracks and eas~of County Road #57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard) and is entirely located within the <br />TIF district; an~l 2) the City i,s, also currently working with ParaBody on their proposed expansion <br />and the relocat!on of Wendell s from Minneapolis to the City of Ramsey in a new 20,000 square <br />foot facility to ibc located somewhere in the area of the currently existing ParaBody facility on <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />1) Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br /> <br />Motion by ChairPerson Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Kent to request a written position <br />from the consultonts regarding the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and their recommendation for a <br />specific proposal. <br /> <br />Motion carried.~ Voting Yes: Chairperson Wagner, Commissioners Kent, Nelson, Stafki, <br />Marquart and M~Ghee. Voting No: None.
