Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-01-._ RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC ItEARINGDN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT # 95-01 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL RIVE!R'S BEND 1ST, 2ND, AND PLAZA ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, City Engineer Steven Jankowski was directed by Ramsey City Council, at their meeting~ of December 13, 1994, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1995 Street Maintenance l~rogram; and WItEIgEAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 10, 1995, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment $21,179.00 $10,590.00 Estimat0A assessment per unit $ 62.67 Three (3) year term NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA'~4SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ? 1) That the~Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in;accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion %i' the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $21,179. 2) That a pu'blic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of February, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improven~ent as required by law. The motion for thc adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember an~d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and tile following Voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day o~January, 1995.
