C~ncilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-01-_. RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC H~ARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT # 95-10 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY C~UNTRYSIDE ESTATES) ~ WHEREAS, City Engineer Steven Jankowski was directed by Ramsey City Council, at t~eir meeting of December 13, 1994, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1995 Street aintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 10, ~95, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $116,900.00 Estimated total assessment $ 58,450.00 Estimated assessment per unit Three (3) year term $ 541.20 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $116,900. That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of February, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of January, 1995.
