No City <br />officer who is ~authorized to take part in anY manher in making this Agreement/n his or her official <br />capacity shalJ ~oluntarily have a personal financial interest in this Agreement or benefit financially <br />therefrom. Nd, member, official, or employee of the City shall be personally liable to Developer, <br />or any succes~r in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount <br />which may bet~ me due to the Developer or Owner or successor or on any obligations under the <br />terms of this Agreement <br /> <br /> Section41.2 A~eement Recorded. This Agreement shall run with the Development <br />Property and sh~ll be recorded by the City in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Section ti.3 Non-Discrimination. During the life of this contract the provisions of <br />Minnesota StatUtes, Section 181.59, which relate to civil fights and non-discrimination, and any <br />affn-mative action program of the City shall be considered a pan of this Agreement and binding on <br />the Developer M though fully set forth herein. <br /> <br /> Section i1.4 Amendment. This Agreement may be amended by the parties hereto only <br />by written instrt~,, ent executed in accordance with the same procedures and formality followed for <br />the execution of flais Agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 1!.5 Counterparts.
