AN ~ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF TH~ CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. s.r cgr_Io, ls_L A a :NVMENT The!following described property is hereby rezoned from R-i Rural Residential and B-2 Business to R~3 Urban Residential: All that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, lying west of the public road known as Nowthen Boulevard N.W., excepting therefrom a triangle containing I/2 square rod described as follows to-w/t: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23; thence North along the West t/ne thereof a distance of 16-1/2 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction to a point on the South line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter which is distant 16-1/2 feet East of the Southwest comer thereof; thence West on said South line a distance of I6-1/2 feet to the point of beginnkng.
