CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RAMSEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL On Januaflt 10, 1995, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Anoka He~nepin Independent School District No. 11 ("Permittee") to construct a 65,000 square foot addition ("Structure") to Ramsey Elementary School on the property which is generally 14)own as 15000 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: All~that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, ToWnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, lying west of the public road known as Nowthen Boulevard N.W., excepting therefrom a tria~tgle containing 1/2 square rod described as follows to-wit: Con~mencing at the Southwest comer of said South Half of the Southeast .Q..u~_r, of Section 23; thence North along the West line thereof a distance of 16-1.~. feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction to a point on the South line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter which is distant 16-1/2 feet East of th~ Southwest comer thereof; thence West on said South line a distance of 1~1/2 feet to the point of beginning.
