The City issued a total of 248 <br />new home permits in 1994. This compares to the 302 homes that were projected to be constructed <br />at the beginning'r, of the year. The chart below illustrates the frequency of permit issuance <br />throughout the y ~eau', as compared to the projections at the beginning of the year. These new homes <br />should equate to approximately 848 new residents.
