PUBLIC WORKS MONTHLY REPORT FOR NOVEMBER
By: Merle Mevissen, Public Works Supervisor

There wasn't much activity in Streets for November. We did some street sweeping and
grading of dirt streets and some sign installation in new developments.

We spent some time working on equipment to get it ready for snow removal.

~e majority of time was spent in the new Public Works garage installing windows and
~m around window and doors and general clean-up of the building. We also moved the
~tairs to the loft area. The building is insulated, sheetrocked, and painted, and looks much
better than when we purchased it; however, there is still a lot of work that has to be done.
The heaters are installed but not yet working; we are wa/ting on the electrician to get them
Wired. They are working on the exhaust system and the air exchange is still not here. Our
electrician still has lights to install and a lot of wiring to do before we move in. I am
Waiting for a call from the cement contractor for ideas and prices on what should be done
~ith the floor. The State Building Code says there must be floor drains.

CC: 01/10/95
