Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer called the special meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 6:07 p.m. <br />COMMITTEE: BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Administrative Services Vacancy Options <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder explained the recommendation on replacing the vacancy created by <br />the resignation o~ the Administrative Services Manager. The recommendation was to replace the <br />position with either an Assistant to the City Administrator or with an Administrative Services <br />Manger. <br /> <br />A discussion enSUed. <br /> <br />Motion by MaYror Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to authorize the City <br />Administrator toladvertise to fill the position of Assistant to the City Administrator with a starting <br />wage of between $31,000 and $40,000. <br /> <br />Motion carded. !Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen and Beyer.
