ORDINANCE NO. 95-__ <br /> <br />AN -.ORDINANCE VACATING <br />WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> <br />The City of Rarnsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF- <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />This~rdinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Rmsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> A ten foot wide drainage and utility easement, the centerline of which is described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> ! Beginning at the southwest comer of Lot 15, Block 1 of the Northfork Point Addition; <br /> thence north 0 degrees 06 minutes 48 seconds east a distance of 410.78 feet and there <br /> terminating. <br /> <br />sECTION 3.
