RLK will assign the following staffto successfully complete the design work and <br />construction mspectton. <br /> <br />Project manage, ment will be provided by Lee Gustafson. Mr. Gustafson has over 13 years of <br />experience in ~e management of municipal projects. He will coordinate all work performed by the <br />project team. Mr. Gustafson is currently project manager for the New Prague street reconstruction <br />projects, and fbr the final design of 153rd Ave. N.W. in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Project Engin~r will be Larry Brown. Mr. Brown has over 9 years of experience in the municipal <br />engineering fie~d. He was responsible for the design and construction of sanitary and watennain <br />trunk lines as ~e assistant city engineer for the City of Chanhassen. He is also the design engineer <br />for the 153rd Avenue NW project in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Construction ' ,inSpection will be provided by Chuck Poppler. Mr. Poppler has over 28 years of <br />experience, th~ majority of which has been in the construction area. Mr. Poppler is currently in <br />charge ofcons~ ction inspection for the Excelsior Boulevard reconstruction in St. Louis Park and <br />for the final pliase of the Mainstreet construction in Hopkins. <br /> <br />GME will pro,de the required soil borings and also the material testing during construction. They <br />will work with!our sm_ff in handling possible groundwater issues. GME is currently working with <br />RLK on many of our current projects. <br /> <br />Egan Field No,ak will provide the required surveying services for this project. They will work <br />closely with RI~K to identify and prepare legal descriptions for easements required outside the <br />dedicated righ~-of-way. They also will provide the necessary construction staking for the sanitary <br />sewer lines an~the watermain. <br /> <br />Adequate avail~ility with backup of key staffis necessary not only to meet schedules but to <br />provide a high ~uality design and bid package. RLK is a firm with over 30 full-time employees <br />with over third~eing professionals. The current workload is such that we will have the personnel <br />identified in thi~ proposal available to work on the extension of sewer and water trunks to service <br />the Ramsey Ele~mentary School site. We also have the experienced staffto perform all necessary <br />construction eni~ineering services required for this project. <br /> <br />ZII <br /> <br /> <br />
