As outlined in your letter, the proposed project will include the extension of trunk sanitary sewerl for approximately 4300 feet to the site and across the wetland to the west. In a~dition, 8" and 12" watermain is to be extended 5400 feet along F CSAH No. 5 af~d around the school. Based on our Rast experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are confident we dan provide high quality services at competitive prices. As ? requested in y.~ur letter of January 30, 1995, we have split our costs into three ~ , areas, basic engineering services, technical engineering services and soil borings and compaction testing. Our estimated "not to exceed" costs for basic services and our estima~ted cost for technical engineering services are as follows: 1. 13~sic Eneineerina Services pr~eparation of plans and specifications for the eXtension of sanitary sewer and watermain. Id.'_entify and prepare legal descriptions for easements required outside d~dicated rights-of-way. A~dress requirements for dewatering and wetland construction and prepare all permit applications to the DNR, LRRWMO, Army Corps of Eqgineers and Anoka County Highway associated with the construction.
