In addition to construction and <br />land surveying rel'ated to all public improvements, he has a wide range of environmental <br />permitting experience. Representative projects include: <br /> <br /> Mr. Caswell ',has been responsible for the construction staking of sewers, water and <br /> roadways for i several hundred commercial, residential and municipal projects. Typical <br /> experience includes water and sewer projects in the City of Lakeville, Burnsville Center <br /> and Bridgewater in Coon Rapids. He has completed preparation of right-of-way <br /> acquisition c~ements for MN/DOT, as well as preparation of easements for public <br /> improvemen~ for the Cities of Blaine, Lakeville, Coon Rapids, Champlin, Milaca, Isle, <br /> Otsego and Zimmerman. <br /> <br /> Preparation of easements for public improvements for the Cities of Blaine, Lakeville, Coon <br /> Rapids, ChaM~lin, Milaca, Isle, Otsego and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Preparation of right-of-way acquisition easements for MNDOT. <br /> <br />Preparation of Environmental Assessment Worksheets for residential and commercial <br />projects. Typical projects include Elk Park Center, Hills of Bunker Lake, Country Ridge. <br /> <br />Lynn has also;been active in wetland delineation permit preparation and mitigation design. <br />He has developed an expertise in wetland issues as relating to design and development. <br />Typical projeqs include residential and commercial subdivisions. <br /> <br />CAD based ~apping for Midwest Gas. Lynn has been responsible for the creation of <br />computer aiddd mapping for 22 half sections covering a portion of the Midwest Gas service <br />area. This project provided Midwest Gas with current mapping of their service area that is <br />easily updatable. <br /> <br />Corps of Engineers Flood Control Mapping. Projects under this contract included the <br />mapping of Sfillwater, Minnesota Lock & Dam No. 2, New Richmond Wisconsin, Winona <br />Minnesota· !Lynn was responsible for all coordination, quality control and overall <br />management ~f the project. <br /> <br />zz7 <br /> <br /> <br />
