AMENDMENT, MODIFICATION OR WAIVER No amendment, modification, or waiver of any condition, provision, or term of this Contract shall be valid ot of any effect unless made in writing, signed by the party or parties to be bound or by its duly authorized representative, and specifying with particularity the extent and nature of such amendment, modification, or wavier. Any waiver by any party or any default of another party shall not affect Or impair any right arising from any subsequent default. SECTION 1~. SEVERABLE PROVISIONS Each provisioni section, sentence, clause, phrase, and word of this Contract is intended to be severable. If ariy provision, section, sentence, clause, phrase, or word hereof is illegal or invalid for any reason vi, hatsoever, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ContraCt. SECTION 19 ENTIRE CONTRACT This Contract contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the u'ansactions co~templated hereby and supersedes ali prior agreements and understanding between the parties with: respect to such subject matter. No representations, warranties, undertakings, or promises, whetl~er oral, implied, written, or otherwise, have been made by either party hereto to the other unless:expressly stated in this Contract or unless mutually agreed to in writing between the parties herett) after the date hereof, and neither party has replied on any verbal representations, agreements, or t!nderstandings not expressly set forth herein. SECTION 20. CAPTIONS, HEADINGS OR TITLES All captions, headings or titles in the paragraphs or sections of this Contract are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not constitute a part of this Contract as a limitation of the scope of the particular paragraphs or sections to which they apply.
