Case #4: ScheduIe Charter Commission Meeting Dates Motion by Commissioner Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Goode to schedule the following Charter Commission Meetings: 7:30 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 1995, July 20, 1~5 and October 19, 1995. Ft]rther discussion: The Commission commented that possibly the July meeting date may be-changed. ~tion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Steffen, Commissions Nelson, Goode, Keller, Nblson and Swokowski. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Donovan, Marn, N~tzloff and Spain-Brist. C~se #5: Approve Annual Report to District Court M~tion by Commissioner Swokowski and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to authorize C~airperson Steffen to sign the letter, which is a synopsis of the Charter's actions for 1994, as required by State Statutes, and submit it to Judge Gibbs of the 10th District. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Steffen, Commissioners Swokowski, Nelson, Goode and Keifer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Donovan, Ma_m, Netzloff and Spain-Brist.
