'70 <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Re Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 24, 1995, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />~embers Absent: <br />~so Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Count!member Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Counci!member Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowsld <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular meeting of thc City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />~ITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Ramsey Fire Chief Dean Kapler stated that in January, the City of Ramsey took delivery of <br />a new 3,000 gallon tanker. He thanked the City Council for their help and willingness <br />during the entire purchase process. <br /> <br />~PPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Oty Administrator Schroeder asked to add Case g9: Tax Forfeit Properties. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve <br />the agenda with the addition of Case g9. <br /> <br />IVi_ otion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
