It is expected that Ramsey costs would not increase; however, service levels <br />would increase. <br /> <br />FUnding for Trail Extension between Anoka High School and Ramsey <br />Elementary School <br /> <br />T~_e two cities have received funding for a trail extension between the high school in Anoka <br />and the elementary school in Ramsey. It appears after final design by Ramsey and Anoka <br />County, MnDOT will be bidding this project in the spring. <br /> <br />J6int City Monument Entry Signs <br /> <br />Re City of Ramsey has budgeted in 1995 to construct monument entry signs on the T.H. <br />#!0 at the Anoka Vocational School and at S.R. #47 and C.R. #116. Ramsey requested <br />~oka participation in joint signage at these locations. Councilmember Cotten requested <br />additional information on the signs. <br /> <br />Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization Joint Powers <br />Agreement <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has not agreed to the amended joint powers agreement for the Lower <br />RUm River Watershed Management Organization. The points of contention include voting <br />balance and future capital projects. It was suggested that Ramsey Attorney Goodrich <br />review the agreements and present recommendations. <br /> <br />~embership in the North Metro Mayors Association <br />~ 1994, Ramsey withdrew from membership in the North Metro Mayors Association. <br />~oka continues in membership but has informed the NMMA that the current dues of <br />$7,500/year will not be increased. Anoka requested that Ramsey reconsider membership <br />f6r 1995. <br /> <br />A~DJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Wesp and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded: Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman, Mayor Beberg, Councilmembers Cotten, Weaver and West.
