Councilmember and introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY MEADOWS 2N~ ADDITION ~ WHEREAS, Jack Menkveld, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for _final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: :. Outlot A, RAMSEY MEADOWS, Anoka County, Minnesota :_ WHEREAS, on March I6, i992 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows; and ;~ WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 23, 1992 and rec~ended acceptance of cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and ~ WHEREAS, on May 5, 1992 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding Ramsey Meadows and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and i. ¢ WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 26, 1992 and approved the prel~nary plat for Ramsey Meadows; and ~ . WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows on JUne 23, 1992; and ~ WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Rarnsey Meadows 2nd ~ddition on March 23, 1993. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ~ That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ramsey Meadows 3rd Addition ~ in accordance with relevant City Codes.
