There is very little <br />historical data avai~ble, but Staff is of the opinion that this property was erroneously designated as <br />an outlot. There a~ some wetlands on the parcel, but there is a sufficient amount of high ground <br />to where it should ~ave been classified as a buildable lot when it was created in the early 1970's. <br /> <br />The lot receives a~ess from 170th Lane N.W. City Staff is recommending that the applicant be <br />required to contribt~te towards past street construction and street sealeoating assessments. <br /> <br />In accordance withiCity Code, park dedication will consist of a cash payment. <br /> <br />The Planning commission reviewed the plat on February 7 and recommended final plat approval. <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the minor subdivision. <br /> Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to:; <br /> Adopt Res~lution g95-02-L~_~/granfing~ final plat approval to Putter's Field. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: · 2/28/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
