The lot receives access from 170th Lane N.W. As noted at the time of <br /> sketch pl ,~n approval, City Staff and the Planning Commission are recommending that the <br /> property Owner be required to contribute towards previous street assessments for street <br /> constructi~, n in 1979 and sealcoating in 1983 in the amount of $2,331.40. <br /> <br />8.
