The plat consistS of approximately 18 <br />acres located east ~f St. Francis Blvd., just north of Amber Ridge. The property is currently zoned <br />R-3 Urban Residefi~tial for multi-family units. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The plat that has b~n submitted proposes to develop the entirety of the property with single family <br />homes.
